About The Wellness Dept.

The Wellness Dept. is a specialist corporate wellbeing consultancy. We embed measurable habit change into how your team already works without adding to the day, without new systems, and without disrupting what's already going well. Every programme is built around your team's specific challenge and ends with data that proves it worked.

Where This Started

I kept seeing good people leave.

Not because they didn’t care, but because the way work was set up made it hard to stay.

Too many days were messy.

No clarity. No rhythm. No breathing room to do the job well.

The Wellness Dept. started as a simple question:

What if we stopped bolting wellbeing on the side and actually built it into how the day runs?

What We Believe

Wellbeing only works when it's built into the day, not bolted on at the side. We believe the most effective programmes are practical, measurable, and delivered in the tools and rhythms your team already uses. Change doesn't have to be complicated. It just has to be consistent.

Our Approach

We help teams: Move more during the working day / Build sustainable energy and focus / Manage pressure without burning out / Understand and protect their heart health / Make small changes that compound into lasting results. All delivered through workshops, daily Microsoft Teams challenges, and data reports that prove what changed.

Who We Work With

We work with mid-size companies whose HR Directors and People teams want to do more than tick a wellbeing box. The companies we work with want to reduce absence and improve retention, need to prove the ROI of their wellbeing investment, have tried generic wellness programmes that didn't stick and are ready for something practical, measurable, and built around their people.
