Why I Started The Wellness Dept

I started The Wellness Dept. after seeing too many good people leave great companies, not because they couldn’t do the work, but because of how the work was run.

Too many days felt busy, but not effective. Too many teams lacked rhythm, clarity, and real habits that stick.

Wellbeing doesn’t work when it’s bolted on. It has to be built into how people actually work.

So I built something different, a way to redesign the rhythm of the working day so people stay longer, contribute more, and feel better doing it.

With 15 years of behavior change expertise as a personal trainer and delivered wellness workshops to over 4,000 HR professionals at a national online convention. A health and wellness expert behind one of the leading employee engagement and wellbeing platforms in the US, delivering monthly workshops and content to thousands of employees across their global audience.
